On June 3, 2025, the Jubilee First Graders’ Ball was held at the National Philharmonic of Ukraine. This event became a true gem of the educational season, bringing together nearly 200 families from all three primary schools of the A+ Educational Holding: A+ Primary School, “Respublika kids” Primary School and “Funny Fayna” Primary School.
The First Graders’ Ball is a unique tradition of the A+ Educational Holding, which was established back in 2016. It symbolizes the completion of the first academic year, uniting children, parents and teachers into one family. Over ten years, the Ball has gained increasing popularity and has been held in such iconic places of the capital as the European House, Kyiv City State Administration and the Fairmont Hotel. The 2025 Jubilee event became the culmination of this development and for the first time united students from all three primary schools of the Holding in one of Ukraine’s most charming halls.
Event guests enjoyed live music performed by National Philharmonic of Ukraine pianist Denys Kashuba, a performance by the talented ballerina Dominika Fedorova and enchanting singing by Marharyta Meleshko accompanied by classical choreography of students from the Kyiv State Professional Choreographic College named after Tetyana Tayakina. Each class presented their own variation of traditional dances from authentic Viennese balls, captivating viewers with their skill and elegance. In the warm atmosphere of the celebration, guests were greeted by the King and Queen of the Ball, with whom everyone could take memorable photos. Special attention was drawn to the interactive zone with a Royal Quiz, which gave children the opportunity to learn interesting facts about ball traditions and the Victorian era.
The A+ Educational Holding once again confirmed its reputation as a place where education is not just a learning process, but also the creation of unforgettable emotional moments that build confidence, reveal talent and open the path to a successful future for children. The First Graders’ Ball is not just an event, it’s a tradition that leaves warm memories for life.
