A+ Smart Flex is a flexible learning program by the A+ Educational Holding for students in grades 5–11. Students follow a personalized schedule with the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
The program is designed for children with strong interests in sports, music, IT, or science, or those with uneven skill development. It is for families seeking flexibility without switching to homeschooling or fully online education.
What is the A+ Smart Flex Program?
A+ Smart Flex is an educational format where students attend school but follow a personalized schedule based on comprehensive diagnostics (academic, psychological, and motivational). A mentor guides them throughout the entire learning process.
The program allows students to:
- integrate academic learning with their personal interests;
- optimize their workload;
- develop their strengths without compromising the quality of their core education.
The program is available at Gymnasium A+.
Who is this program for?
The program is designed for students in grades 5–11. It is a perfect fit for:
- students with strong interests (sports, music, IT, science);
- students with uneven skill development (exceptional abilities in specific areas);
- students who need an alternative to the standard learning pace;
- families seeking flexibility without switching to homeschooling or online formats.
How the Program Works
Stage 1. Initial Diagnostics
Parent interview with a psychologist: discussing family expectations, parenting style, and the child’s extracurricular workload.
Individual session between the psychologist and the child to assess:
- cognitive features;
- motivation type;
- self-regulation level;
- interests and aptitudes.
Stage 2. Building a Personalized Learning Path
Based on the student’s profile, we determine:
- a list of mandatory subjects (Core);
- elective academic modules (Flex);
- a personal development block (Personal).
The schedule accounts for the child’s unique traits, workload, extracurricular activities, and the need for individual or group work.
Stage 3. Learning Process
Formats include: group lessons, small groups, one-on-one sessions, and integrated projects.
Stage 4. Mentorship Support
Each student gets a dedicated mentor who coordinates the learning process, tracks progress, maintains motivation, and serves as the primary contact for parents.
Interaction frequency:
- weekly monitoring;
- monthly reports;
- regular meetings with the family.
Stage 5. Performance Evaluation
- academic results (internal and external);
- soft skills development;
- achievement of personal goals;
- student portfolio.
Invest in your child’s strengths.
